Mastering Forgiveness
I know you have experienced the fact that “we are our own worst critic.” The hardest person you will have to forgive is yourself. Why is that? Wouldn’t it be great for you to be able to forgive yourself for mistakes you have made in the past? Imagine how good you will feel when you are able to forgive yourself! Participants will: Reflect on peer’s individual experiences that may make self-forgiveness feel difficult, and consider what support looks like for them.
