Detroit – Mindshift Recovery Group Facilitator Training

Mindshift Recovery is a peer-led, science-based recovery program that helps individuals understand and change habits through awareness, curiosity, and evidence-based practices rather than willpower. Developed by addiction psychiatrist and neuroscientist Jud Brewer, the program teaches a three-step method for retraining the brain to change habits, building emotional regulation, and supporting long-term recovery. Supporting employee well-being is essential to maintaining a healthy, productive, and resilient workforce.
Mindshift Recovery Facilitator Training equips employees with practical, science-based tools to better understand behavior change, emotional regulation, and recovery support—skills that benefit both individuals and organizations.
