Pre-Approved Virtual Trainings

The Peer Services Area has reviewed virtual online trainings provided by Relias, Improving MI Practices, and other and have pre-approved select trainings. These trainings do NOT count toward your MDHHS Peer Services Area provided credits, but do count toward your 32 hour total. Being pre-approved, you DO NOT need to submit these credits for outside training approval!

Improving MI Practices (IMP) is a website created to strengthen the capacity and consistency of Michigan’s public behavioral health workforce. IMP offers a comprehensive collection of FREE, high-quality continuing education resources designed for professionals to raise awareness and support the recovery of individuals and families facing mental illness and substance use disorders.

Relias Academy offers courses that can used to meet CE requirements. Relias courses are not free and have registration fees depending on the course.
