As we live with more mindfulness and self-compassion, life begins to look different. We start to see the importance of living authentically from a place of alignment with our values. We might
feel the impulse to embark on a journey to discover what is most important to us.
Along the way, we may also uncover internal and external obstacles that get in the way of our emotional health. This process can be fertile ground for growth if we can see these challenges
through the eyes of mindfulness and self-kindness.
In this class, we will review the principles of mindfulness and self-compassion and investigate how they can support us in living more deeply. Through guided reflection and writing, we will examine our values and explore stumbling blocks that get in the way of living our best life. We will reflect on a difficult time from the past to see how it might hold important lessons and see what we can learn by sharing our stories with others.
