Learn holistic principles and practices that support the recovery journey. Explore healing arts practices like Reiki, Tai Chi, Shiatsu, Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and more. Gain a basic understanding of Holistic Recovery through Ancestral, Yogic, and Asian Healing Arts frameworks.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn the basics of Science of Yogic, Energy and Ancestral practices.
- Understand the Philosophical Principles of Holistic Recovery.
- Understand how to incorporate Yogic Science, Energy Healing, and Ancestral Wisdoms into your recovery journey.
- Understand how to support others to incorporate holistic practices in their recovery.
