The Washtenaw Recovery Advocacy Project, an Ann Arbor based recovery community organization, has developed a Recovery Friendly Workplace toolkit that helps educate local employers. In this workshop, we will talk about the stigma some employers have related to SUD and recovery, describe the key components and benefits of recovery friendly workplaces, and discuss outreach strategies to build relationships with local employers.
