In this chaotic world filled with personal and professional commitments, each of us could use some help in defining, finding, and holding on to that wonderful thing we call balance. A day of mindful silence can be a powerful and restorative experience, whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner. In that spirit, we would love to have you join us for a day of savoring each moment and building balance into your life.
Before the day begins, we will send you instructions for creating a sanctuary in your home. During the day, we will slowly guide you through practices that will expand your ability to settle and soften. If you are new to mindfulness, you will be given options to ease in and out. If you already have an established meditation practice, this will be a day of deepening.
