If you have a training you would like to issues CE’s for, please complete the form below and upload it along with your training flyer here. You will receive an email notification within 4 weeks of submitting your form.

If your training is approved, you are responsible for providing each participant with a copy of the training approval and a certificate of completion that includes: 

• Training Title
• Participant Name
• Training Date
• Trainers Name and Credentials
• Number of CEs Awarded

NOTE: The MiPeers.org website does not publish non-MDHHS Peer Services trainings to the website. You are responsible for promoting your trainings to the peer workforce.
