Managing Your Emotions

February 10 - 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
$25.00

At the center of everything we do (or don’t do) are our emotions. What would life be like for you if you could stop people from pushing your buttons? What would it be like if you could decide how you wanted to feel about something, and then feel that way? Would you enjoy life more if you were amazing at Managing Your Emotions? This is your opportunity to get good, and I mean really good at Managing Your Emotions.

Training Objectives:

  • Uncover the two directions of motivation.
  • See how “spinning” your emotions will change them at will.
  • Learn at least seven ways to change your emotional state.
  • Hear about the “secret trigger” the puts you in a bad mood and what you can do about it.
  • Look at ways to combat “trauma triggers” using sub modalities.
  • Listen how you can increase the enjoyment of your good memories more while reducing the negative charge of the bad ones.
