DESCRIPTION:Date: Session 1 June 3\, 2026\, from Noon -1:30 p.m. \nSix consecutive weekly follow up sessions (Noon – 1 p.m. each session): \nSession 1: June 10\, 2026 \nSession 2: June 17\, 2026 \nSession 3: June 24\, 2026 \nSession 4: July 1\, 2026 \nSession 5: July 8\, 2026 \nSession 6: July 15\, 2026  \nLocation: Online via Zoom. \nEligible for 7.5 virtual Continuing Education credits. \nPlease note: Full CE credit requires attendance at all seven sessions.  \nOnce a taboo subject\, the public conversation about menopause has opened up in recent years—but the mental health aspects remain undiscussed. This presentation is designed for peer workers\, community health workers\, recovery coaches\, or anyone who provides support to women and people ages 35 – 55. We will learn about the vital importance of person-centered\, gender-inclusive menopause support tailored to the unique needs of this critical phase of life. After experiencing an extremely difficult onset of menopause in her early forties\, and enormous challenges accessing appropriate care\, Leah became committed to sharing with the community what she has learned on the intersection between menopause and mental health. Leah is also a certified Menopause Educator with the Menopause Experts’ Group (MEG). She has presented on menopause and psychosis at the World Hearing Voices Congress and ISPS-US and has been a guest on the Depth Work Podcast. Leah is the Board President of Hearing Voices Network USA and co-facilitates a monthly women and nonbinary-centered Hearing Voices group.  \nRegistration: Please register below (on this site) using a credit or debit card\, which is the quickest way to confirm your attendance. \nONLY if you need to pay by check\, please complete this form (click here) and email it to: registration@mipeers.org.
