DESCRIPTION:📅 April 28-29\, 2026📍 Vibe Credit Union Showplace (Formerly Suburban Showplace Collection) | Novi\, MI \nJoin us for the Annual Michigan Peer Conference—a dynamic gathering of peer support professionals\, advocates\, and community leaders from across the state! \nThis year’s conference will focus on:✅ Expanding awareness\, access\, and information of best and evidence-based practices✅ Focusing on effective tools for peer-led initiatives✅ Increasing insight and skills in multiple pathways to recovery✅ Promoting connections and advancing statewide partnerships for peers \n\nSee the full agenda here!\nNeed lodging? Access discounted hotel rates here.\nWe will be offering up to 11 CE hours for attending both days.\nNew sessions\, “Peer Talks” will be offered at the conference this year during most workshop periods. Rather than featuring a single speaker\, these Peer Talks will feature three consecutive 30-minute presentations from multiple speakers giving a broader range of perspectives on various peer topics. (In order to receive 1.5 CEs for attendance\, you must attend the entirety of all three mini-sessions.)\nDuring registration: You will be asked to provide input on which class from each workshop you are most interested in attending. This does not commit you to attending the class you select but will assist us in gauging interest in each class to help assure sufficient seating and space are available based on demand.\n\nPlease note: Ethics and Boundaries and Advanced Ethics for Peer Workers will not be included as part of the main conference. However\, there are separate Ethics and Boundaries and Advanced Ethics for Peer Workers trainings available the day before and after the conference that you can attend! As part of the 2026 MiPeer Conference\, we are proud to announce winners of the annual MiPeer Awards—a series of honors recognizing outstanding individuals that exemplify the core values of peer support in Michigan. Nominations close on March 25th. \nAttendance Policy: You must attend the entirety of any workshop to receive CE credits. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be allowed to attend but will not receive CE credits. Breaks are built into the conference schedule.
