The science-based approach transformed his understanding of recovery and inspired his commitment to helping others create lasting change. \nDan is also helping expand Mindshift’s reach through its essential course\, podcast\, and community programs. Outside of Mindshift\, he serves as Chief Operating Officer of Gruen Systems USA and is a lifelong musician and songwriter. \nMary Beth Stern is an internationally certified addictions counselor\, certified mindfulness-based intervention teacher\, and advanced habit change facilitator with 40 years of personal sobriety and more than a decade of clinical leadership experience.
